Can I recycle my card and packaging?

Yes, please do! Our cards are printed on 100% recycled board and can be recycled with your household recycling. Our cardboard packaging can also be recycled in normal household recycling.

Can I send a card direct to the recipient?

Yes, we can hand write your message and deliver direct to the recipient for no extra charge. You can leave your message and recipient's address in the notes box at checkout. 

Can I personalise my card?

We currently don’t offer any personalisation options to our existing designs. We do occasionally take on commissions, so please get in touch to see how we can help you.

Do you charge VAT?

All of our prices include VAT at the standard rate.

The product I want to order is out of stock. Can I be notified when the product will be available to purchase?

Please email mail@jadefisher.com and let us know the product that you’re interested in. We’ll happily keep you in the loop so that you can make your purchase when your item is back in stock.

Can I purchase your products in any shops?

We are currently stocked in hundreds of shops worldwide, please see our stockists page for a list shops in your region where you can find our products.

What are your operating hours?

We are here Monday - Friday 9am-5pm to answer your questions, fulfil your orders and create new things! We don’t ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.

How do I use my promo code / gift card?

You can insert your code at checkout. You'll find the input field right before you complete the purchase.

When can I expect my order to ship?

All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day. Domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail’s 1st Class service, with delivery expected in 1-2 business days.

International orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days, with a delivery window of 5-10 business days from dispatch date. Tracked shipping is available at an extra charge.

How can I check the status of my order?

Feel free to email us at mail@jadefisher.com to check the status of your order at any time. You can also log on to your account to check your past orders, and you will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

What is your returns policy?

Unused, undamaged orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please email us at mail@jadefisher.com to let us know that you’d like to return your order. A refund will be issued on receipt of goods, minus shipping costs which are non-refundable.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at mail@jadefisher.com to arrange a replacement/refund.

Are you available for custom design projects?

Alongside designing our own products, Jade is available for a limited amount of illustration projects and custom design work. Previous projects include book covers, commercial illustration for magazines and custom product design. Please contact jade@jadefisher.com if you would like to discuss a project.
